1.1. We warrant that on delivery and for a period of Twelve (12) months from the date of delivery (warranty period), the TrackieX GPS shall conform in all material respects with their description and any applicable specification and be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship and be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Ordinance No.11 of 1896) and be fit for the required purpose.
1.2. If the TrackieX GPS does not comply with the warrant in 1.1. above, within the said warranty period, you must give written notice by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue and include photos. If asked to do so, you may have to return the tracker, at our cost, to give us a reasonable opportunity to examine it.
1.3. Before you send the tracker for your warranty claim, please email email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Current shipping address
- Product name
1.4. We will send you a Claim number and an address to ship the product and packaging.
1.5. While we may, at our option, repair or replace a defective tracker or refund the price of the defective tracker, we can in our sole discretion reject warranty claims in any of the following situations:
- you use the tracker after giving notice in accordance with 1.2 above;
- the defect arises because you failed to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the tracker;
- you alter or repair the tracker without our written consent;
- the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal use.
